Papua ships to almost any address in the world. We work in partnership with international carrier DPD in order to ensure the customer the best shipping service and all the convenience. Shipping costs depend on where the order is shipped to. The shipping amount will be shown in your cart during checkout, along with the value of any discount applied to your order and presented in the order summary phase.
All orders are shipped from the Papua Market warehouse, at Rua da Escola Politécnica, 45 e 47, 1250-099 Lisboa.
1. HOW YOU CAN RECEIVE THE ORDER
One of the possibilities is to receive your order at the address you choose. You can receive it at your home, work, vacation home, etc. (We do not ship to PO boxes). You can also choose to pick up your order at the PAPUA MARKET store, this way you can avoid additional shipping costs, in which case your order is available for pickup the day after purchase. (Take proof of identity along with your digital preference invoice).
2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays. A delivery time of 5-10 working days is expected for international orders. The order tracking details will be provided automatically by email when your items are dispatched. However, wait up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered in the carrier's system. All international orders are shipped via DPD. During sales periods or a few days after the collection is launched, there may be slight shipping delays. We will do everything to send your order as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience during those moments.
Portugal and Spain: 2 - 3 working days
Europe: Up to 5 business days
Rest of the world: 5-10 working days

3. COST OF SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout of your purchase. If you choose to collect your order at the store, no shipping charges will apply.

For national shipments (Portugal), the carrier will notify you via email and message (SMS) of the estimated arrival time of the order: day and time window. You can later modify the delivery address as well as the time and day of delivery by contacting the carrier.
PAPUA reserves the right to send via CTT to the islands of mainland Portugal.
5. INTERNATIONAL COSTS AND IMPORT FEES
Papua charges VAT on all orders. Be aware of any other fees that local customs may charge before making your purchase. Delivery of orders outside the EU may be subject to local import charges. As customs policies vary widely and are controlled by local governments, Papua cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that apply when an order arrives at its destination country.
Before shopping online with Papua, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot classify your international orders as 'offers' to ignore or reduce any customs fees.
If you choose not to pay the import charges and your order is returned to us, you will not receive a refund for the returned order.
